Greetings Garbo fans,

Welcome to Batch 3: A Collection Of Things Better Left Unsaid, in which we tackle the much maligned artform of spoken word recording.
Anyone who knows us knows of our interest in this oft overlooked sub-genre, in particular the bard of Salford, John Cooper Clarke, and the great Scot - Ivor Cutler.
As well as getting to grips with this new style we indulged some of our other creative fantasies - abstract noise (TV for a tv), sound collage (Death Rattle) and rapping (?!) (Formaldehyde & Vaseline).
We understand that stylistically this will probably not be the most welcome career move but we felt it was an avenue worth exploring, even if it does turn out to be a cul-de-sac.
